Question Someone is posting false and defamatory messages about me and other company managers on a business Web site. We think we know who is doing it, but are not sure. Is there anything legally we can do?

Question Yes. Lawsuits alleging libel and other claims can be filed against anonymous message posters. Subpoenas can then be issued to the Web sites and/or ISPs seeking the identity of the formerly anonymous posters. Once identified, the defamer can then be added to the lawsuit.
